Job summary

Crystalbrook Collection is seeking a Food & Beverage Guide for Flynn's Italian in Cairns. This part-time, permanent role offers 8–16 hours per week, with evenings, weekends and public holidays as part of a seven-day roster.

Bring strong bartending skills and a passion for guest-focused service. From preparing cocktails and recommending the perfect drink to welcoming guests and delivering attentive table service, you’ll help make every visit feel relaxed, memorable and distinctly Flynn’s Italian.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage service, ideally in a restaurant, hotel or busy venue.
• Strong bartending skills and confidence preparing a range of cocktails.
• A genuine interest in food and drinks, with the ability to make thoughtful recommendations.
• A warm, engaging manner and the confidence to work across the bar and dining room.
• A team-first approach and an eye for the details that make service run smoothly.
• A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
• Availability across a seven-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Wine knowledge, barista skills or a Certificate III in Hospitality would be a bonus.

Responsibilities
