Job summary

Crystalbrook Bailey seeks a Food & Beverage Guide to join the Conferencing & Events team on a part-time basis, delivering attentive F&B service and helping prepare event spaces. You will welcome guests, coordinate with the team, monitor timing and ensure spaces are ready for each moment of the event.

The role requires F&B experience, bar service skills (including cocktails) and a Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate, with availability across seven days including evenings and

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage experience, ideally in a hotel, events venue or busy hospitality setting
• Bar service experience, including cocktail preparation
• A current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
• A warm, professional approach and confidence speaking with guests
• An eye for presentation and the ability to work well with colleagues across an event
• Availability across a seven-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
