Job summary

Felons Manly is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to deliver outstanding service, run food and drinks, and create memorable guest experiences. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy venue and contribute to a positive team culture.

Flexibility to work Fri–Sun is essential; prior experience in busy venues is desirable. A positive attitude and willingness to train are valued, with opportunities for development within Artemus Group’s growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or high-volume venues preferred.
• RSA certification or willingness to obtain (Queensland RSA referenced in ad)
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and building guest relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Deliver fast, friendly service across bar, floor and dining areas.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and make recommendations.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables; keep service areas clean.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate when needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and food handling procedures.
• Support team during busy periods to ensure guest satisfaction.

Positioned along the iconic Manly Harbour front, Felons Manly is a place for the community to drop their shoulders & soak up the good life.

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service, running food and drinks, and creating an unforgettable experience for every guest.

Whether you’re behind the bar, on the floor, this role is perfect for someone who loves hospitality and thrives in a high-energy environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greet every guest with genuine warmth, personality & professionalism.
• Deliver exceptional, efficient, and friendly service across all areas of the venue.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of all of our food and beverage offerings to confidently make recommendations.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables, ensuring all service areas remain clean, tidy & well presented.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism, escalating to a manager when required.
• Adhere to RSA & and food safety compliance standards at all times.
• Contribute to a positive team culture, supporting colleagues during peak periods and ensuring guest satisfaction remains the top priority.

What we’re looking for:

• Friday, Saturday & Sunday availability isessentialfor this position
• Experience in high volume and fast-paced venues isdesirable
• Knowledge of the venue and our offerings/activations
• Ability to work close shifts (1am finishes).
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, as full training will be provided.
• Be a positive and collaborative team player with a can-do attitude.
• Hold a valid Queensland RSA.
