Job summary

Artemus Group operates Felons Manly, a vibrant waterfront venue in Manly, seeking a proactive bartender to craft quality beverages and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will thrive in a busy, ocean-side setting and work with a friendly team.

This role requires knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine and spirits, a guest-first mindset, and availability for a rotating roster including nights and weekends. RSA certification is essential for NSW applicants.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume venue.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine and spirits (or a willingness to learn).
• A friendly, engaging personality and guest-first mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Current NSW RSA certification.
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Set right on the iconic Manly Harbour waterfront, Felons Manly is where great beer, good food, live music and unforgettable moments come together.

From pouring award-winning beers to serving guests soaking up the sunshine by the water, no two shifts are the same. With a packed calendar of live sport, entertainment and weekly events, you'll be joining a venue that's buzzing with energy all year round.

We're currently looking for passionate and energetic Bartenders to join our team. With an All In approach, you'll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences. If you enjoy being busy and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect role!
