Job summary

Industry Beans is seeking Front Of House Team Members to join our Fitzroy cafe. This casual role invites flexible 10-15 hours per week with weekend and Friday availability, offering engaging customer service in a thriving specialty coffee environment.

You will greet and seat customers, explain our food and coffee menus, upsell, maintain service flow, handle opening and closing duties, and assist with functions. RSA certification and a friendly team spirit are valued at Industry Beans.

Qualifications

• Prior service experience in a café or restaurant with a valid RSA.
• Strong work ethic with advanced waiting ability.
• Passion for specialty coffee, innovative food & hospitality.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Friendly, positive personality who enjoys engaging with customers.
• Good availability with the ability to work weekends and during the week.

Industry Beans is looking for Front Of House Team Members to join our team at Fitzroy. This role is open to Casual employees looking for an engaging and rewarding role in the hospitality industry.

Must be available for 10 - 15 hours with flexible availability including Friday and weekends, and no holiday requirements, during Christmas and New Years!

The FOH role will offer you the opportunity to:

• Greeting and seating customers
• Communicating the menus (Food & Coffee) to customers in detail, ensuring correct pairing and upselling on orders

• Clearing tables and following up to provide an engaging table service experience
