Job summary

Industry Beans Limited in Melbourne is seeking a Warehouse & Dispatch Team member to ensure accurate processing of orders across our e-commerce and wholesale channels. You will join a skilled team reporting to the Warehouse and Dispatch Manager, handling pick, pack, dispatch and general warehousing duties.

The role involves creating stock products, updating orders, stock control and maintaining a clean, safe workspace in a fast-paced setting. Forklift license is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in pick-and-pack roles.
• Availability on Mondays and Tuesdays (Friday preferred).
• Willingness to work during peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday).

Responsibilities

• Create stock products, including packaging and bundles.
• Pick, pack and fulfill orders with accuracy.

Launched in 2013, Industry Beans is an award-winning specialty coffee roaster, café operator and retail brand. From its flagship location in Fitzroy, Industry Beans roasts daily for its own venues, a family of premium hospitality venues around Australia and a large online community.

The Role:

At Industry Beans, we're passionate about coffee and committed to excellence. Our fulfilment team is the backbone of our operations, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and accurately for our multiple sales channels including e-commerce and wholesale.

Reporting to the Warehouse and Dispatch Manager, the Warehouse & Dispatch Team member works with a skilled team to receive, handle all pick pack, dispatch and general warehousing duties.

This position has the following responsibilities:

• Creating stock products, including packaging, grinding coffee, and assembling bundles.
• Picking, packing, and fulfilling orders with precision.
• Updating orders based on input from Customer Service and Account Managers.
• Managing stock control systems and assisting with stocktaking tasks.
• Organizing and moving stock within the warehouse.
• Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the workspace

You will be perfect for this role if you have:

• Full availability required on Mondays and Tuesdays (Friday availability preferred).
• Must be available to work during key peak trading periods, including Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
• Familiarity with digital order and dispatch management systems.
• Previous experience in a pick-and-pack role (preferred).
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A forklift license is advantageous but not essential.
