Toby’s Estate is seeking a hospitality-focused team member for our Fitzroy cafe in Melbourne. This casual role involves working 2–3 days, about 15 hours per week, delivering high-quality service and coffee to guests.

You’ll join a friendly crew, take orders, handle the POS, and help provide an outstanding guest experience while upholding Toby’s standards. Training and development are emphasised.

Qualificações

• Experience in hospitality and guest service is essential.

About Us:

Toby started roasting in his Mum’s garage in Woolloomooloo nearly 30 years ago, and there’s been a change or two along the way. These days, Toby has left the building, but we've welcomed three new cafes to the fold – Newstead in Brisbane, Fitzroy in Melbourne and an outpost in Singapore, and our Chippendale Flagship cafe won best coffee shop in the world in 2025 (and top 5 in 2026). We’re exploding on the international scene too, not to mention licensees and roasteries in nine countries, and counting. But the DNA hasn’t changed – we are leaders in specialty coffee for a reason.

Day to day in this role you will:

• Work alongside our existing team to ensure that every cup of coffee and plate of food that leaves our hands meets the same high-quality standard.
• Take orders and operate the POS.
• Provide an excellent experience to our Toby’s customers.

This is a casual role, estimated to be working 2-3 days, 15 hours per week at our Fitzroy cafe.
