Bridge Road Brewers in Beechworth, Victoria, is looking for a Front of House Shift Supervisor to deliver memorable guest experiences and support venue operations alongside the Venue Manager and Assistant Manager. This mid-level role includes duties as duty manager, opening and closing the venue, and guiding staff.

You will hold a VIC RSA certificate, demonstrate leadership, and bring a friendly, energetic approach focused on service quality, problem solving, and teamwork across rotating rosters

Qualifications

• Current VIC Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (essential).
• People leadership or supervisory experience is desirable.
• Ability to manage a rotating roster and deliver high-level guest service.

Responsabilités

• Manage & supervise staff on rostered shifts.
• Provide exemplary customer service to all guests and respond to issues promptly.
• Open and close the venue with duty manager responsibilities and assist the Venue Manager.
