Job summary

Chotto Matte invites an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Front of House team at the Bondi location. You will report to the General Manager and ensure smooth, safe and profitable services while driving high standards across service, teamwork and guest experience.

You will manage staffing, training and daily operations, coordinate with the Head Chef and bar team, oversee end-of-day reconciliation, and handle guest feedback with strong judgement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership.
• Strong supervisory skills and knowledge of service standards.
• Good knowledge of health, safety and food safety requirements.
• Calm under pressure, well organised and energetic on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Leading, training and motivating the Front of House team with briefings and feedback.
• Supporting rosters, labour planning and payroll-related tasks.
• Maintaining high F&B standards in quality, presentation and service.
• Collaborating with Head Chef and bar team on timing and communication.
• End-of-day reporting and reconciliation.
• Handling guest feedback and resolving issues with sound judgement.
• Recruitment, performance and development of the team; cover for GM when required.
