Job summary

Kingpin Bondi is set to open November 2026 in Bondi, Sydney, inviting you to lead front of house across bars, dining and events. This is a hands-on hospitality leadership role focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and building a high-performing team in a fast-paced entertainment venue.

As Front of House Manager, you will drive service excellence, manage rostering and labour costs, and partner with venue leaders to execute memorable events in a vibrant, guest-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading high-volume food and beverage operations.
• Strong people leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing teams.
• Experience managing labour, stock control and operational performance.
• Sound knowledge of food safety, liquor licensing and hospitality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day front of house operations across bars, dining and events.
• Build, coach and develop a high-performing F&B team.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and service standards.
• Partner with venue leaders to execute memorable events and functions.

This is more than a Front of House Manager role. It's an opportunity to help launch one of Australia's most exciting new entertainment venues and create guest experiences people will remember.

As our Front of House Manager, you'll lead all food and beverage operations across bars, dining and events, ensuring every guest enjoys exceptional service from the moment they arrive. You'll play a key role in building a high-performing team, driving service excellence and creating an energetic, guest-focused culture in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
