Job summary

La Piazza in Brighton-Le-Sands, NSW seeks a Floor Manager to lead the front-of-house team during busy services, guide staff, coordinate with the kitchen and ensure guests have a warm, smooth dining experience.

You'll be responsible for rostering, supervising shifts and maintaining high dining standards, including evenings and weekends. Previous FOH leadership experience preferred in a family-run setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant floor team through busy services.
• Clear communication and calm under pressure.
• Strong rostering and shift-coverage skills.
• Guest-centered service with warmth and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead service from the floor and allocate sections.
• Prepare the front-of-house roster and arrange staff coverage.
• Coach and support the team to meet service priorities.
• Coordinate with the kitchen on orders, timing and guest requests.
• Welcome guests and maintain high dining standards across shifts.
