Job summary

Choofas Smokehouse & Seafood in Coolangatta on the Gold Coast is hiring a casual Shift Supervisor. You will manage our reception desk, greet and seat guests, and lead FOH and Bar staff to deliver top-tier service in a relaxed setting.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in a busy restaurant with table service.
• Bar and POS experience essential.
• Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate FOH and Bar teams with professional conduct.
• Oversee shifts with pre-shift huddles and floor/kitchen flow.
• Manage cash handling and POS operations, and open/close the venue.
