Job summary

Erskine Oral Care in Macksville, NSW is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a team of ~20 and optimise warehouse performance across FMCG channels. You will drive safety, accuracy, throughput and continuous improvement while managing workforce planning and inventory controls.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will mentor the team, implement data-driven improvements and ensure on-time delivery across retail, pharmacy and e-commerce channels.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing warehouse or distribution operations within FMCG, consumer goods, healthcare or other fast-moving distribution.
• Proven experience leading a medium-sized warehouse team (Supervisors/Team Leaders).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory controls, stocktakes, cycle counting and freight processes.
• Experience using warehouse, inventory, ERP and/or freight management systems.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of overall warehouse performance, ensuring safe, accurate and efficient receipt, storage and distribution of products.
• Lead and develop a warehouse team of ~20 employees including Supervisors and Team Leaders, establishing clear expectations and performance standards.
• Manage workforce planning, staffing, rostering, leave coverage and warehouse capacity to meet operational requirements.
• Own warehouse KPIs and reporting; identify trends and implement corrective actions to improve safety, quality, productivity and service.
• Own and maintain inventory controls including stock accuracy, cycle counts, stocktakes and discrepancy investigations.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and within service timeframes across channels (retail, grocery, pharmacy, healthcare, e‑commerce).
• Lead warehouse WHS requirements including risk controls for mobile plant, traffic, manual handling and racking.
