Core Talent is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for a Western Sydney site in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. You will oversee receiving, storage, inventory, dispatch, and a hands-on team, with a focus on safety, service, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager / DC Supervisor in FMCG/manufacturing.
• Hands-on leadership with a focus on safety, accuracy and team development.
• Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP, inventory controls and dispatch paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations: receivals, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch.
• Lead, coach and develop the warehouse team (training, performance, rostering).
• Drive safety culture, compliance, housekeeping and incident reporting.
• Maintain inventory accuracy (cycle counts, reconciliations).
• Coordinate inbound/outbound freight, carrier performance and load planning.
• Support planning for manufacturing output and delivery targets.
• Identify and implement process improvements (layout, flow, SOPs).
• Ensure MHE readiness (forklifts, pallet jacks) and safe operating practices.
