Job summary

Made is a leading Australian food and beverage company with brands like Cocobella, Rokeby Farms, Impressed, and NutrientWater. The Warehouse Manager will lead our warehouse team, optimize stock flow, and ensure safe, efficient operations across receiving, storage, inventory, and dispatch.

You will partner with production to support seamless operations while driving continuous improvement and cost control. The role emphasizes leadership, process development, and adherence to OH&S and GMP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of warehouse management experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations to deliver safe, efficient, and accurate product movement.
• Support the implementation of the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Oversee daily picking, packing, and dispatch to meet DIFOT targets.
• Ensure accurate goods receipt and inventory control for inbound shipments.
• Coordinate with production to integrate warehouse and manufacturing activities.
• Manage costs and resources within budget and forecasted workload.
• Foster a collaborative team culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Uphold OH&S standards and GMP in the warehouse function.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes and standard procedures.

Education

Tertiary qualification in supply chain or APICS certification
