Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager / DC Supervisor in FMCG/manufacturing.
• Hands-on leadership with a focus on safety, accuracy and team development.
• Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP, inventory controls and dispatch paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations: receivals, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch.
• Lead, coach and develop the warehouse team (training, performance, rostering).
• Drive safety culture, compliance, housekeeping and incident reporting.
• Maintain inventory accuracy (cycle counts, reconciliations).
• Coordinate inbound/outbound freight, carrier performance and load planning.
• Support planning for manufacturing output and delivery targets.
• Identify and implement process improvements (layout, flow, SOPs).
• Ensure MHE readiness (forklifts, pallet jacks) and safe operating practices.

Warehouse Manager — Western Sydney
Salary: $110,000 + Super | Type: Full-time | Location: Western Sydney, NSW

A well-established contract manufacturing business in Western Sydney is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead the day-to-day warehouse operations in a fast-paced FMCG/manufacturing environment. The site supports large-scale production and distribution across categories such as home care, hygiene/personal care, and health & wellness products.

About the role

You’ll take ownership of daily warehouse performance across receiving, storage, inventory, dispatch and team leadership, with a strong focus on safety, service, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations: receivals, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch
• Lead, coach and develop the warehouse team (training, performance, engagement, rostering)
• Drive a strong safety culture, compliance, housekeeping, incident reporting and corrective actions
• Maintain inventory accuracy (cycle counts, investigations, reconciliations, stock control)
• Coordinate inbound/outbound freight, carrier performance, load planning and dispatch schedules
• Partner with Production/Planning/Customer Service to support manufacturing output and delivery targets
• Identify and implement process improvements (layout, flow, productivity, SOPs)
• Ensure MHE readiness (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) and safe operating practices

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager / DC Supervisor (ideally in FMCG, manufacturing, packaging, or contract manufacturing)
• Strong people leadership with a hands-on, floor-based approach
• Solid knowledge of WMS/ERP, scanning, dispatch paperwork and inventory controls
• Strong safety mindset and experience enforcing standards and procedures
• Forklift licence (LF) highly regarded
• Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally
