You will coach Team Leaders, champion a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in FMCG manufacturing
• Proven track record of achieving production KPIs and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of food safety, GMP, HACCP and WHS
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles
• Ability to cover varying shifts as needed

• Delivering production schedules while achieving Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC) KPIs
• Driving operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

• Managing labour planning, productivity and operational efficiencies
• Leading safety initiatives and supporting our Zero Harm culture
