Mac Merchandising is seeking a Territory Manager to cover Adelaide and surrounding regions. This field-based role works across multiple leading brands, requiring you to build strong store relationships, drive sales, and ensure in-store brand execution.

The position offers both full-time and part-time options, with on-the-road duties and regional travel. You will use iPads for reporting and aim to hit sales targets in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, ideally Independent/Metcash retail channels.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Confidence working independently in the field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort using technology, including iPads and reporting systems.
• Willingness to travel regionally when required.
• A genuine interest in retail, merchandising, and brand execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales with independent retailers through direct selling and negotiations.
• Develop strong relationships with store owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
• Present, promote, and merchandise multiple brands to maximize in-store impact.
• Identify sales opportunities and negotiate deals to increase distribution and off-location activities.
• Provide market insights and competitor analysis to leadership.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales targets.
• In-store execution: maintain merchandising standards across stores.
• Place orders and manage stock levels where required.
• Travel regionally as required.
