Job summary

Connect APAC, in partnership with a leading global FMCG organisation, is seeking a Territory Manager for Perth. You will service Corporate and Independent Grocery stores around Perth CBD and Western Suburbs, ensuring in-store standards and driving growth across the territory.

Key requirements include prior Territory Manager or Sales experience, strong organisational and relationship-building skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Territory Manager/Sales roles with account management.
• Organised and capable of regular call and sales cycles in a large territory.
• Strong relationship management, customer service, admin and communication skills.
• Good analytical thinking with strong time and priorities management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure in-store execution standards and freshness for key brands.
• Plan to achieve display targets and events as per guidelines.
• Maintain minimum call frequency across channels.
• Meet territory targets and record data accurately.
• Identify growth opportunities in the assigned area.
• Build and maintain relationships with store managers for ex-sales.
• Upsell activities and negotiate stock allocations with key contacts.
• Ensure POS materials are available for activations.
• Complete field processes and SOPs accurately.
• Implement head office activities and compliance at store level.
• Report field activities and sales performance to Field Sales Manager.
• Monitor performance and achievement of sales and activity targets.
