Job summary

Allied Pinnacle in Sydney’s Macquarie Park is seeking a Customer Service Representative on a 12-month fixed term. You will be the essential link between customers and the business, handling orders, inquiries, and issues with timely, friendly support.

Responsibilities include processing orders, returns, credits, invoices, and maintaining CRM records; collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain and Production to ensure customer satisfaction; and delivering accurate product knowledge to customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Strong problem solving and escalation abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume customer orders efficiently.
• Process orders, returns, credits, invoices, and modifications quickly and accurately.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online portals with timely, friendly assistance.
• Investigate and resolve complaints; escalate complex issues to relevant teams.
• Identify customer needs, upsell suitable products, and support the sales team by generating leads.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer queries and guide solutions.
• Keep accurate CRM records of all customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Production to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet performance targets such as response time, satisfaction ratings, and order accuracy.
