Job summary

Kinrise is seeking a Customer Service & Warehouse Coordinator to manage order processing, transport coordination and NZ export operations across our snack foods business. You will work with Sales, Manufacturing, Warehousing and external customers to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full.

This permanent part-time role offers flexible hours (30.4 per week) and a fast-paced FMCG environment where problem-solving, relationship-building and proactive communication are key to success.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced SAP experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
• Previous order processing experience within an FMCG environment.
• Experience in customer service, internal sales, sales support or order management.
• Exposure to transport, logistics or warehouse operations is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently for non-EDI customers.
• Manage orders received through portals and internal systems; coordinate transport.
• Support NZ export shipments with container bookings and documentation.
• Liaise with carriers and service providers to support delivery performance and issue resolution.
