Job summary

Ventia is seeking experienced Floorhands and Derrickhands to support Barrow Island Well Servicing operations. You will contribute your hands-on expertise on site, help maintain safety standards, and support crew leadership during onshore drilling activities.

This FIFO role offers the chance to expand Well Servicing experience within a strong team culture on Barrow Island, WA. A positive attitude and commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Floorhand, Lead Floorhand or Derrickhand.
• Cert II in Oil & Gas Drilling (Onshore) and Well Servicing.
• Cert III in Well Servicing Operations (On shore).
• Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a crew environment.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Support safe and efficient Well Servicing operations on site.
• Contribute experience and leadership on Barrow Island operations.
• Maintain high safety and quality standards with the crew.

Looking for a new challenge? We're seeking experienced Floorhands and Derrickhands to support our Barrow Island (WA)Well Servicing operations. With activity slowing across parts of the industry, now is an excellent opportunity to apply your skills in a different environment while working with experienced crews on one of Australia's most unique operations.

About the Role

Working as part of our Well Servicing team, you'll play a key role in supporting safe and efficient operations while contributing your experience and leadership on site.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Floorhand, Lead Floorhand or Derrickhand
• Certificate II in Oil & Gas Drilling (Onshore) and Well Servicing
• Certificate III in Well Servicing Operations (On shore)
• Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
• Proven ability to work effectively within a crew environment
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
