Ventia is seeking Expressions of Interest for Floorhand opportunities on Barrow Island. This role supports safe, efficient rig operations in a remote, rostered environment, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Ideal candidates are motivated with a positive attitude and reliability. A Manual Driver's Licence is required; prior labouring, construction, agriculture or similar experience is advantageous but not essential. Applications are reviewed as opportunities arise.

Qualifications

• Experience in labouring, construction, agriculture or similar is advantageous but not essential.
• Safety-focused with a positive attitude and reliability.
• Willingness to learn and work in a remote Barrow Island roster.
• Manual Driver's Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily rig operations and activities.
• Handle drilling equipment and materials safely.
• Support rig moves, maintenance and operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised worksite.
• Follow company procedures and safety requirements.
• Work outdoors in physically demanding conditions.
• Support the wider crew to achieve operational objectives.
