Railway Hotel Gosford is seeking an energetic all‑rounder for the Christmas period, with a permanent position possible for the right applicant. You will work across restaurant and bar areas, delivering friendly, efficient service and maintaining a clean, welcoming space for guests.

RSA and RCG certified applicants with 12+ months’ hospitality experience are preferred, and availability nights/weekends is essential.

Qualificações

• We are looking for applicants with at least 12 months’ hospitality experience.
• Experience in pub, bar, or restaurant environments is highly regarded.
• Current RSA and RCG (or equivalent) certificates are required.
• Availability across nights and weekends is essential.
• Ability to carry three plates and maintain pace in a busy venue.

About the Role

You will be working across our restaurant and bar areas, helping with:

• Running meals from the kitchen to tables
• Carrying three plates confidently
• Clearing tables and keeping the venue clean and presentable
• Greeting guests and providing friendly, professional service
• Taking direction from supervisors and managers
• Bar service - Tap beers, wines, and mixed drinks/cocktails

• Helping maintain a smooth flow between the kitchen, floor and bar

Experience Required

We are looking for applicants with at least 12 months’ experience in a pub, restaurant, bar or similar hospitality environment.
