Job summary

Terrigal Beach House on the Central Coast is seeking passionate kitchen team members to help run one of the busiest venues in the area. You’ll cook, prep, and present dishes to a high standard in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with weekends and holidays demanding energy and focus.

You’ll join a dynamic team supported by experienced chefs, with hands-on training and opportunities to grow within Crowne Plaza and IHG Hotels & Resorts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred but not essential.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work at pace in a busy kitchen.
• Genuine interest in food and willingness to learn.
• Availability to work weekends, nights and public holidays.
• Team player with good communication and a can-do attitude.
