Job summary

Norths Collective is seeking passionate Customer Service Attendants with hospitality experience to join The Verandah Beecroft team. You will deliver exceptional guest service, meet and greet with a welcoming smile, and help create memorable experiences for members and guests.

Reporting to the manager on shift, you will work in a lively club environment across Norths venues, with training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering memorable guest service in hospitality settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• RSA and RCG certifications held or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and friendly service to members and guests.
• Clear and reset tables; maintain clean service areas.
• Accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
• Use in-house systems to place orders.
• Maintain hygiene and presentation standards for food handling.
• Communicate effectively with patrons and staff.

Reporting to the manager on shift we are currently seeking passionate Customer Service Attendants with previous hospitality experience. The overall purpose of the role is to deliver exceptional and memorable service to our guests. You would be working in an enthusiastic team environment, ensuring all aspects of our guest experience exceeds expectations. Meeting and greeting with a welcoming smile and building rapport with our amazing members while delivering efficient and friendly service throughout the business. Demonstrating initiative and willingness to learn and grow in your role.

Joining The Verandah Beecroft means you are part of Norths Collective which includes Norths Cammeray, The Alcott Lane Cove, The Greens North Sydney and Seagulls Tweed Heads.

Your Key Priorities will be to:

• Provide efficient and friendly service to our members and guests


• Clear and reset tables as well as ensuring service areas are clean and tidy


• Ensure accurate processing of cash and credit card transactions


• Use in house systems to place orders


• Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation


• Effectively communicate with all patrons and staff

The Candidate:

• Full availability over a seven day week


• Experience working in hospitality


• A genuine desire to help people have a great experience


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Hold current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) certification


• Manual handling abilities are a must, combined with a love of being on your feet
