Job summary

Parc Pavilion is a lively Cronulla venue seeking a friendly Front-of-House team member for casual shifts. You will greet customers, seat them, take orders, prepare beverages, clear tables, and ensure smooth service in a fast-paced environment.

RSA is essential; RC/G ARCG certificates are required for gaming roles. Availability on weekends, nights and public holidays is a must, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in hospitality or similar customer-facing role.
• RSA certificate is essential for all roles.
• RCG/ARCG certificates required for gaming-related roles.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

The Role

As a front-of-house team member at Parc Pavilion, you are the face of our venue so your ability to make people feel welcome and make them smile is paramount to your success. Your day-to-day duties include but are not limited to:

• Greeting and seating customers
• Cleaning, clearing, and resetting tables
• Taking orders and making payments
• Preparing beverages and cocktails
• Washing and restocking glassware
• Managing customers and pre-empting RSA issues
• Attending to gaming machines and providing payouts

For specialized roles in Gaming and/or Bar & Cocktail experience is required.

What is needed to be successful in this role?

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA) - Essential for all roles
• Current Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) - Essential for those wanting to work in Gaming roles
• Current Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gaming (ARCG) - Essential for those wanting to work in Gaming roles
• 1 + year experience in hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously when required
• Ability to work a flexible roster including weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and public holidays
• Ability to work in a diverse team in a busy environment
• Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
