Job summary

Feros Hotel Group is seeking front of house team members for Highfield Caringbah. You will greet guests, seat patrons, take orders, prepare drinks, manage payments, and ensure smooth service across busy venues.

Roles include Floor, Bartender and Gaming Attendant. RSA is essential for all, with additional RC/G ARCG requirements for gaming. A friendly team and strong development culture are highlighted, with weekend availability expected.

Qualifications

The Feros Group is a leading hospitality group that was founded in the early 1970s and currently operates 10 successful destinations across the Sutherland Shire, Sydney CBD, and NSW South Coast. What is the role?

As a front of house team member at Highfield Caringbah, you are the face of our venue so your ability to make people feel welcome and make them smile is paramount to your success. Your day-to-day duties include but are not limited to:

• Greeting and seating customers
• Cleaning, clearing, and resetting tables
• Taking orders and making payments
• Preparing beverages and cocktails
• Washing and restocking glassware
• Managing customers and pre-empting RSA issues
• Attending to gaming machines and providing payouts

We have multiple roles available including Floor, Bartender & Gaming Attendant. For specialized roles in Gaming and/or Bar & Cocktail experience is required.

What is needed to be successful in this role?

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA) - Essential for all roles
• Current Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) - Essential for Gaming roles
• Current Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gaming (ARCG) - Essential for Gaming roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously when required
• Ability to work a flexible roster including weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and public holidays
• Ability to work in a diverse team in a busy environment
• Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency

Please note that you must be available to work on weekends, nights, and public holidays. Most shifts are available Friday - Sunday.
