Job summary

Anglicare is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the Residential Leadership Team at Goodhew Gardens and Bay Breeze in Taren Point, NSW.

In this full-time role you will oversee non-clinical operations, rostering, budgets, compliance and staff development to deliver high-quality care and resident wellbeing.

You will lead a large team, drive continuous improvement, and align with Anglicare's values.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a senior administrative/management role.
• Experience with rostering and HR/payroll systems.
• Proven track record of KPI management and budget control.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residential Manager with complaint management and resident wellbeing.
• Develop strategies from resident surveys to address care and service concerns.
• Manage non-clinical administrative and commercial functions to achieve KPIs (occupancy, budgets, care minutes).
• Lead, coach and engage a large team; ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee rosters, leave management, agency staffing and HR/payroll processes.
