Anglicare Sydney is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the Residential Leadership Team at Goodhew Gardens and Bay Breeze in Taren Point, NSW. The role focuses on ensuring operational effectiveness, delivering high-quality care and resident wellbeing, and steering a large, diverse team.

You will manage rosters, budgets, compliance, HR/payroll, and KPI performance, while fostering a growth mindset and continuous improvement across non-clinical functions within the aged care home.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a senior administrative and/or management role.
• Experience with rostering and HR/payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residential Manager with complaint management and resident wellbeing initiatives.
• Collaborate to develop strategies from resident surveys and feedback to address care and service concerns.
• Manage non-clinical administrative and commercial functions to achieve KPIs, including occupancy and budgets.
• Lead, coach, and manage an engaged team across the home.
• Ensure compliance with policies and drive continuous quality improvements.
