Job summary

Anglicare is seeking a dynamic Residential Care Manager for Warrina, Castle Hill, NSW on a fixed term contract until August 2027. You will lead a vibrant aged care facility, ensuring high-quality care, sound financial management and strong staff leadership in a supportive, values-driven environment.

Key responsibilities include delivering excellent resident care, driving a positive culture, managing budgets and ensuring compliance with ACFI, the Aged Care Act and WHS standards.

Qualifications

• Senior clinical leader with experience in managing an aged care facility.
• Strong financial and HR management skills to oversee budgets and staff.
• Knowledge of ACFI, Aged Care Act, WHS, accreditation and continuous improvement.
• Current AHPRA nursing registration desirable.
• Clinical background as RN or related discipline desirable.

This is a fixed term contract until August 2027

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced clinical professional to join our exceptional team as a Residential Care Manager within our vibrant Aged Care Facility - Warrina, Castle Hill.

In this role you will be responsible for the effective leadership of a facility, ensuring culture, processes and practices are in accordance with the organisational strategies and policies, and ensuring residents are well cared for in a caring environment. This position provides a great opportunity to apply your aged care knowledge and management experience to a senior role within Anglicare.

Your opportunity

• Undertake the overall responsibility of the operations of the home to deliver high quality services to residents and their families


• Creating a positive work culture for our staff through effective leadership and HR management


• Management of finances and budgets


• Ensure Quality planning, implementation and evaluation

What you'll bring

• A high level of business acumen including strong financial management experience


• Leadership skills and the ability to delegate


• Aged Care experience highly desirable


• Previous management experience of diverse teams


• Knowledge of ACFI, the Aged Care Act, WHS, accreditation and continuous improvement


• A passion for Aged Care


• A commitment to the Christian Values of Anglicare


• Clinical background as an RN or related discipline is highly desirable
