Job summary

Anglicare Sydney is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the Residential Leadership Team at Dorothy Boyt House, Malabar, for a 12-month maternity leave cover. You will oversee non-clinical operations, rostering, budgets and quality assurance to ensure high care standards.

Lead a large team, drive performance against SLTs, and uphold Anglicare's mission while safeguarding staff wellbeing and meeting regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• Senior administrative and/or management experience.
• Experience with rostering and related systems.
• Proven track record of KPI management.
• Experience managing budgets and commercial KPIs.
• Managing complex rosters and diverse workforce teams.
• Familiarity with HRIS, payroll, time management and financial systems.
• Experience leading and growing a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residential Manager with complaint management and resident wellbeing.
• Collaborate on strategies from surveys and feedback to improve care and service.
• Manage non-clinical admin and commercial functions to meet KPIs, occupancy and budgets.
• Lead, coach and develop an engaged team.
• Oversee rostering, annual leave, sick leave and contingency planning to align with SLTs.
• Ensure HR and payroll processes are completed accurately.
• Support performance reviews and staff development.
