Job summary

Anglicare is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the Residential Leadership Team at Goodhew Gardens and Bay Breeze in Taren Point. Based on-site, you will drive operational effectiveness, oversee non-clinical functions, and support a large care team to deliver high-quality resident care.

You will lead rosters, manage annual leave and payroll with HR systems, monitor KPIs and budgets, and champion compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
• Financial acumen and understanding of commercial drivers within aged care.
• Experience in managing large complex rosters and staff.
• Proven leadership and team coaching capabilities.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, time management and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residential Manager with complaint management and contribute to resident wellbeing.
• Develop and implement strategies in response to resident surveys and feedback.
• Manage non-clinical administrative and commercial functions to meet KPIs and budgets.
• Lead, coach, and manage an engaged team while upholding Anglicare’s Vision and Mission.
• Oversee rostering, annual leave, sick leave, agency staffing and payroll alignment with service targets.
