Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience as a HR professional, preferably in consulting.
• Strong knowledge of awards, interpretation and application.
• Excellent communication and professional writing.
• A client‑centric mindset with commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Shape responsibilities around your areas of expertise to support clients.
• Focus on IR advice, employee relations, investigations, payroll remediation or HR systems.
• Build trusted client relationships and deliver practical solutions.
