Qualifications

• Experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition or related admin role.
• Qualification in HR or currently studying towards one.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and professional telephone manner.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and shortlist candidates against selection criteria.
• Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
• Conduct structured phone screenings with applicants.
• Prepare candidate summaries following phone interviews; coordinate interviews.
• Sending interview confirmations, reminders and recruitment communications.
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and updating recruitment systems.
• Providing general administrative support to the HR team.
