Job summary

Recruitment 24/7 seeks a Production Administration & Payroll Support Officer for Riverview, QLD. The role provides payroll, purchasing, production scheduling, inventory management, onboarding and site administration in a manufacturing setting.

Part-time, casual with flexible hours (15–20 hours per week). Immediate start. Join a detail-oriented team keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous admin experience with payroll support or manufacturing admin
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Experience with payroll processes and employee records

Responsibilities

• Collect, review and reconcile employee timesheets
• Verify attendance, hours worked, overtime and leave records
• Maintain employee records in Employment Hero and payroll data
• Prepare payroll information and submit by deadlines
• Assist with purchasing, supplier invoicing and PO receipting
• Support production scheduling and maintain work order documentation
