Job summary

Holiday Inn Perth City Centre is seeking a people-focused HR Admin to join our team on a part-time basis. This 6-month fixed-term role offers flexibility and the chance to contribute to onboarding, records management, and HR inquiries while balancing work and life.

You'll work with the HR Manager to support engagement, training, and compliance, with responsibilities including recruitment coordination, maintaining HR systems, and handling benefits.

Qualifications

• A degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar (or working towards).
• Understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
• Confident with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating recruitment and onboarding to ensure a great first impression.
• Maintaining employee records and HR systems with accuracy.
• Supporting team members with HR enquiries and benefits administration.
• Assisting with training sessions, engagement activities, and compliance checks.
