Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an HR Coordinator for InterContinental Perth to support business goals, partner with hotel leaders and drive HR initiatives that boost colleague engagement.

The role combines supervisory and administrative duties, including recruitment, onboarding, records management and policy compliance. Australia-wide rights required; 1 year HR experience preferred, degree advantageous.

Qualifications

• Full working rights in Australia without restrictions.
• Minimum 1 year experience in generalist Human Resources role within Australia / NZ.
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business or Hospitality Management advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR activities across the hotel to support business goals and values.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding to attract, select and retain talent.
• Supervise employee records and ensure compliance with policies and employment law.
• Deliver HR programs, tools and employer branding initiatives.
• Support safety culture and build relationships to back the people strategy.
• Ensure compliance with relevant awards and legislation.
