ReachOut Canberra is hiring a Mental Health Support Worker to provide daily living assistance and compassionate support to participants with complex needs. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to promote independence, social engagement and recovery.

We welcome mature, experienced individuals with empathy, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Current First Aid/CPR and WWVP clearance are preferred or willingness to obtain.

Competenze

• Experience working in community services or related sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Current WWVP clearance or willingness to obtain.

Mansioni

• Provide daily living assistance for participants with complex support needs.
• Support independence by promoting social, vocational, and living skills.
• Assist participants to attend peer groups and access the community.
