Job summary

Australian Sustainable Finance Institute Limited – Canberra ACT is seeking a capable Marketing & Events Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing, communications and events delivery. You’ll join a small team to publish content, manage calendars, and coordinate webinars and member events.

You’ll bring practical experience in marketing, communications or events, strong organisation, and attention to detail, with proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, communications, events or administration
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up with stakeholders
• Confidence liaising with suppliers, colleagues and senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Coordinate content publishing and scheduling across LinkedIn, website, newsletters and member communications
• Maintain communications/content calendar and manage inputs and approvals
• Format and finalise PowerPoint presentations and routine communications materials
• Coordinate events including webinars, roundtables and member events
• Manage invitations, registrations, attendee communications, venues and run sheets
• Liaise with external marketing, design, web, media and event providers
• Maintain member, contact, event and mailing records
• Coordinate media enquiries and provide admin support to keep activity moving
• Collaborate with agencies for larger events and specialist work
