You may handle campaigns, event coordination, customer communication and product demonstrations while learning across channels.

• An interest in marketing, social media and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Take photos and videos at events, meetings and other activities.
• Identify content opportunities and ideas.
• Gather information, photos, videos and stories for the marketing team.
• Develop ideas for social media, email campaigns and promotional content.
• Research competitors, industry trends and new marketing opportunities.
• Coordinate marketing material, brochures, presentations and promotional resources.
• Assist with planning and coordinating meetings, networking events, conferences and workshops.
• Communicate with venues, suppliers, speakers, sponsors and attendees.
• Manage registrations, invitations, reminders and attendee information.
• Set up, photography and on‑the‑day event activities.
• Follow up with attendees, sponsors and stakeholders.
