Job summary

AlphaESS Australia is seeking a Marketing Promotion Specialist to plan and execute marketing activities for the Australian market. You will work with the Marketing Manager and Sales team on campaigns, channel promotions, events, product launches, and lead generation.

You will coordinate with distributors, installers, and partners, manage marketing assets, and support trade shows and webinars. Strong communication and multi-tasking will be essential to success.

The Marketing Promotion Specialist will support the planning and execution of marketing activities for the Australian market. Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of local marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand awareness activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing promotion, campaign execution, channel marketing, event marketing, or a related role.
• Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Good written and verbal English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Basic design skills using Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or similar tools are preferred.
• Experience in renewable energy, energy storage, solar, electrical products, or B2B marketing is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally and support occasional events outside normal working hours.
