Qualifications

• Experience in a business development or sales support role in fast-paced environments.
• Qualifications in Business, Marketing, International Trade, Commerce or related discipline.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to research markets and identify opportunities.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in proposals and reports.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Interest in international trade or export sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential new business opportunities and markets.
• Develop and deliver proposals, pitches and presentations.
• Prepare and issue sales quotations and contracts.
• Maintain pipeline of leads and sales reports in CRM.
• Support order forecasting and sales planning.
• Prepare market and commercial information for meetings.
• Coordinate meetings, site visits and demonstrations.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis.
• Prepare detailed reports on BD activities and outcomes.
• Support negotiation and closure of new contracts.
• Coordinate between sales, operations and management.
• Build relationships with key contacts and partners.
• Contribute to marketing collateral and sales materials.
