Job summary

Balco Australia is seeking an Order Management Coordinator in Adelaide to own the order process from receipt to fulfilment and shipment. You’ll work closely with Sales, Production, Logistics and Export teams to ensure orders are entered accurately, allocated appropriately and delivered on time.

This role puts you at the centre of operations, balancing customer requirements with stock availability and production capacity, identifying issues before they arise and keeping stakeholders informed to

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing, customer service, sales administration, supply chain, logistics, production planning or similar coordination role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders and competing priorities.
• Experience using ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics or similar system highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process customer sales orders including product specs, delivery requirements and instructions.
• Allocate orders to production sites based on stock and capacity.
• Manage order amendments and assess impact on inventory, production schedules and shipments.
• Maintain accurate order records and documentation.
• Respond to order enquiries and provide timely updates to Sales and customers.
• Monitor inventory levels against orders and identify stock shortages or constraints.
• Coordinate with production sites to align demand with plans and capacity.
• Assist with export documentation and compliance when required.
• Coordinate with logistics for efficient order fulfilment and dispatch.
