Job summary

Be Challenged is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Team Development Support) to back our Sales and Marketing team. The role offers full-time or part-time hours with a work-from-anywhere setup across Australia.

You will manage enquiries, maintain client data in CRM, help create sales proposals, and support marketing campaigns while coordinating with stakeholders to keep projects on track. Strong organisational skills and CRM experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales support, marketing coordinator, administration or customer service role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confidence using business systems and technology platforms.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar (desirable).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support: manage enquiries, enter client and lead information in CRM, assist with proposals, coordinate meetings with clients.
• Marketing Support: assist with marketing campaigns and calendar, support admin and project coordination, maintain marketing assets.
• Systems & Reporting: use Salesforce and HubSpot, maintain CRM data, generate reports and insights, support process improvements.
