Job summary

nbn is seeking a Field Business Operations Lead to align and execute regional field operations across Perth or Adelaide. You will lead workforce performance, readiness and project delivery, integrating planning, execution and performance into a cohesive operating model.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering with SAFe certification and has experience in business analysis, solution design and delivery within large enterprise environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
SAFe certification.
Experience in business analysis, solution design and delivery within large, complex enterprise environments.
Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Drive the alignment and execution of regional field operations to ensure safe, efficient and predictable delivery outcomes.
Provide operational leadership across workforce performance, readiness, project delivery, quality, customer experience and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Planning, Project Delivery, Quality, Performance and other stakeholders to translate business priorities into actionable delivery plans.
Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions and manage operational risks and dependencies.
