Job summary

nbn is seeking a Field Performance Lead to drive performance and continuous improvement across the regional field workforce. You will use data-driven insights to identify trends, enhance quality, safety and customer outcomes, and work with Region and Field Area Managers, Safety and Quality teams, and Control Tower Performance for governance and escalation.

The role requires an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong commercial and operational background, capable of delivering

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Telecommunications, Business or related field.
Experience delivering performance improvements through contracted field workforces.
Experience leading quality and performance initiatives across field operations.

Responsibilities

Drive performance, productivity, compliance and continuous improvement of the internal field workforce across the region.
Leverage data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities to improve customer experience, quality, safety and cost outcomes.
Partner with Region and Field Area Managers, Safety and Quality teams and Control Tower Performance to provide governance and escalation.
Embed best practices and monitor progress against performance objectives across Field Services.
