Job summary

You will lead across workforce performance, readiness, project delivery, quality and customer experience within a scalable operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or Software Eng as stated.
• SAFe certification required or equivalent.
• Experience in large, enterprise environments and delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Align regional field operations to safe, efficient delivery outcomes.
• Translate priorities into actionable delivery plans across teams.
• Manage operational risks, dependencies and performance metrics.
