McArthur Community Care is seeking a reliable Disability Support Worker for the Brisbane Southside area. Join a casual team, providing person-centred supports under the NDIS framework.

You will assist clients to achieve their goals, participate in the community, and maintain independence with flexible hours and ongoing professional development. Applicants must have appropriate certificates and be able to work in Australia.

Formación

• Right to work in Australia.
• Relevant industry experience.
• Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificates.
• Current Working with Children blue card and NDIS checks.
• Current Manual Handling and Medication certificates.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with household tasks including cleaning and laundry.
• Support skill development like shopping, cooking, and transport.
• Provide transport to appointments or outings.
• Encourage social and community participation.
