The role offers ongoing professional training and specialised upskilling, with shifts designed to fit other commitments. Weekend shifts and casual SCHADS rates apply.

Qualifications

• Cert III or higher in Disability, Community Services, Individual Support, or a related field.
• 6+ months of hands-on experience in the disability sector.
• Experience delivering in-home and community support with personal care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients to maintain independence and achieve goals.
